I had no problem there booked in line picked up from the location. When I reach there the booked car wasn't there. They gave me better car without upgrade fees. Everything was quick and easy. When I need another one I will go there for sure.
We went there because it was almost 3 times cheaper as renting directly at JFK. The trip from the airport to the rental car agency cost us $25 with Uber and took us less than 20 minutes.
Checking out was with another guy who happened to be really nice and took less than five minutes.
The car was brand new and just a little dusty on the exterior.

Horrific customer service, waited 2.5 hours in line to get my car, and the manager never responded to my emails or calls when I was overcharged $200 more than the quoted amount.
At the pickup we were quite worried because the guy was not really helpful and he said he couldn't find our reservation in his system but after a little wait and some explanations (I had to refuse to pay for things I had already paid online) everything went fine.
Absolute rip off. Tried to make us pay $250 for minimal sand on the floor. Then tried to charge us $40 for an extra hour of time even though we were there an hour EARLY but the moron behind the desk was taking his sweet time. This idiot, named TROY, was trying to rip off EVERY PERSON IN THE PLACE. We will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and highly recommend no one else uses them either. STAY AWAY!!!!!
